Reservations

To validate a reservation, our clients must send proof of payment and the following information:

Birthday

CPF

Address/ Neighborhood/ City/ Zip code

Telephone

E-mail

Check-in time

Check-out time

Names of other guests (if any);

Forms of payment and reservations

To reserve one of our properties, payment is made in full, via pix or credit card through our website.

Payment will be for the rent + cleaning fee.

Your reservation will be validated as soon as your payment is approved on the website or Destino Living's reservations department sends you a confirmation e-mail.

If, for any reason beyond the control of our management, the property rented is no longer available, we will offer our clients the choice of a similar property or a full refund of all amounts paid.

Check-in

Check-in times: 3pm until 10pm

The client is obliged to inform us of the time of their arrival and give us their contact number. Without this information, check-in cannot take place.

If the client arrives before our official check-in time of 3 p.m. and wants to be guaranteed an earlier check-in, a change between 6 a.m. and 2 p.m. can be arranged for a fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid in advance and may be subject to availability.

For check-ins between 10 p.m. and 6 a.m., the equivalent rent for the previous day must be paid.

Check-out

Check-out time: until 11am

If the apartment is available and the client wishes to leave after 12pm until 10pm, we require a late check-out fee of 50% of the daily rent. This amount must be paid when requesting the late check-out.

If the client does not check out at the agreed time and has not requested a late check-out after a 30-minute grace period, a fine of 100 Reais will be charged if the client leaves before 1pm. After 1pm, the amount charged will be the equivalent of a full night's stay.

Cancellation and changes to the reservation

In the event of cancellation up to 48 hours before the reservation, the full amount already paid will be refunded, cancellations 24 hours in advance will be refunded 50% of the amount already paid. Cancellations on the day of booking will not be refunded. There will be no refund of the rent or deposit if the guest decides to leave the apartment early. Changes to booking dates will only be allowed with written confirmation from Destino Living

Destino Living has the right to immediately terminate the rental contract, without any refund of the amount paid by the client, if one of the following occurs: the total number of occupants exceeds the maximum defined on our website, disturbance of the peace of the neighborhood and/or violation of the rules of the condominium, organization of parties, consumption of illegal drugs, domestic animals without our permission.

If the reserved property has an internet or cable TV connection, Destino Living assumes no responsibility for any connectivity problems or inconveniences resulting from these. These services are provided by telecommunications companies and are beyond our control. In the event of problems and disturbances with the Internet connectivity or TV signal, there will be no refund of the rental payment.


Responsibilities and obligations of our guests

Guests assume full responsibility for the property they have rented and for any items belonging to the condominium. The same applies to other residents and visitors. The client and all occupants of the apartment and visitors must comply with the condominium's regulations and rules. Fines imposed by the condominium administration for non-compliance with the rules will be paid immediately by the client. In addition, they may lead to premature termination of the rental contract without any refund.


Visitors

Some condominiums do not allow visitors. Please contact us before making any booking where visitors are expected, so that we can provide a more suitable property.

Some reservations do not include electricity and gas consumption, so please check your rental agreement. In the event of energy charges, the client must pay the bills for the period of their stay at the time of check-out or, if the rental is for more than 30 days, after each month.

The contracting parties elect the Jurisdiction of the District of Porto Alegre, RS.
