- Visitors are not allowed. Only tenants listed in the reservation and with the information provided will have access to the building and room.
- Smoking is prohibited, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to a fine of R$200.00.
- Pets: Allowed
- Parties or events: Prohibited.
- Quiet hours: From 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.
- There is no change of linens and towels during the stay. This may be an extra service, to request it, please contact our managers.
- All rooms have an intercom. Deliveries must be collected directly from the delivery person at the front desk.
- The building's gym is freely accessible to tenants. When using it, please respect the rules of the place.

The Space

The concierge is 24 hours a day, so you can come with peace of mind! You can order iFood and delivery to the apartment when you watch that movie!
Guest access
The building has a 24-hour doorman. Once you have made your reservation, we will ask you for your details so that we can register you with the concierge. Only guests who have registered will have access to the building.
When you check in, the concierge will register your face for access.
The apartment has a digital lock, which guarantees your security. The password for access to the apartment is sent on the day of check-in, at 3pm, via an app message!
USE OF THE POOL:
- The pool can be used by the tenants of the reservation, but it is compulsory to wear the blue wristbands when using the pool.
