Guest access
The building has a 24-hour doorman. Once you have made your reservation, we will ask you for your details so that we can register you with the concierge. Only guests who have registered will have access to the building.
When you check in, the concierge will register your face for access.
The apartment has a digital lock, which guarantees your security. The password for access to the apartment is sent on the day of check-in, at 3pm, via an app message!

Não considero como ponto negativo mas sim como treinamento do pessoal do prédio. Portaria um tanto confusa toda vez que saiamos do prédio. Como tudo é novidade, predio novinho e ainda pouco movimentado, o pessoal tava bem atrapalhado. Acho que poderia usar a tecnologia de biometria existente.
